ART LOEB TRAIL HIKE MAY 2020

We are still in the COVID-19 quarantine.

We are now in the middle of May 2020 and things are starting to open up both recreationally as well as for shopping, dining, etc. We decided to pop back up to our section of the Blue Ridge Parkway for a Saturday hike/cruise with Finn. The Art Loeb trail section at Black Balsam Knob is just shy of a mile up and down each way, just the right distance for Finn. Not only was the distance just right for our hike but it is also one of the best view spots on our section of the BRP, you can see pretty much everything in below you a full 360 degrees. Post hike we cruised around on the Parkway for a little bit and then made our way down through Pisgah National Forest (IT WAS PACKED) and pit stopped at The Hub in Brevard to grab a t-shirt and some stickers before journeying home. Enjoy the photos below!
