LOOKING GLASS MTN WITH HAI & LISA
We hiked the Looking Glass Rock Trail in Pisgah National Forest. The trail is roughly 6 miles out and back. The views are typically quite magnificent, though the day we trekked out was a bit foggy and full of white walls. The summit of this hike gains just shy of 1800 ft of elevation making this hike fairly accessible to most entry-level hikers. There is a fair amount of traffic on this trail on any sunny weekend. If you’re taking your time you can be up and back within 3 hours easily.
After our hike we ventured into beautiful Asheville to grab a few brews, find some grub, and admire the works of some local artists.
